The short version
Northpoint Vineyard Church only collects information you choose to give us — through a form, a gift, or an email. We use it to care for you and run the church. We don't sell it, and this website doesn't track you with advertising or analytics tools.
This website
Browsing this site doesn't require an account, and the site itself doesn't set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers.
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site running and secure.
To make the giving form open faster, the site may store a small note in your browser's session storage recording that the giving page has been loaded. It contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.
Forms: connect cards, prayer requests and Kidspoint check-in
Our forms are provided by Planning Center (Church Center), the church management service we use. When you fill one out, the information goes to Planning Center and to our staff. Depending on the form, that can include your name, contact details, prayer requests, and — for Kidspoint check-in — your children's names and any allergy or care notes you provide.
We use this information to follow up with you, pray for you, and keep children safe on Sunday mornings. Prayer requests are shared only with the people praying for them.
Giving
Online giving is handled entirely by Planning Center Giving and its payment processor. Your card or bank details go directly to them; our staff never see your full payment information. We receive a record of your gift — your name, the amount and the fund — so we can provide giving statements.
Messages and podcast
Sermon audio is hosted by RSS.com. When you play or download a message, RSS.com and its measurement partner record standard download statistics — such as IP address and device type — to count listens.
If you email us, your message is stored in our Microsoft 365 account.
Pages we link to
Pages hosted by Church Center, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email office@northpointvineyard.com and we'll help.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
